Neil's favourite bookstore is probably Dreamhaven Books, so you could buy stuff there. They publish some of his work, as well, and have other way-cool stuff.
NeilGaiman.Com, Neil's official site, is chocka with Neil's books for sale. Go buy something.

I recommend Bookfinder for bookhunting. Clicking on the link will give you a list of available Gaiman New and Used titles from Bookstores all around the world.
If you're looking to acquire some of the now-unavailable items listed here, Ebay is a good spot to start. Incidentally, this is where I have sourced many of the pictures used here, mostly when I do not possess an example of the item depicted.
Diamond Comics are a reasonably straightforward guide to what's coming out in the comics and collectables market in general. But it's hard to navigate.
The DC Direct site is finally live, but only seems to be updated erratically.
Hot Topic, having acquired a franchise, have produced some Sandman merchandise (well, mostly Death merchandise). Like "Dress up as Death" outfits, and Death Prayer Candles, and so forth. They are not the most popular topic spoken of in fan circles, but pop over and decide for yourself. Apparently they have some sort of reputation as a mainstream "alternate" store. At the very least, you can buy online.
